Trollbeads beads are interchangeable with all of the jewelry items available including soft chain bracelets, bangles, necklaces, and hair accessories.  Clasps/Locks are used interchangeably on Soft Chain Bracelet, Double Leather Bracelets, Soft Chain Necklaces, and Fantasy Necklaces.  Bangles and Hair Accessories require spacers/stoppers if you wish to wear beads on them.  

Safety chains are used as a secondary protective measure if the lock were to ever fail, these are highly recommended for bracelets with gold or high priced pieces.
